Hannah E. Morgan, age 90, of Plymouth, lovingly known as “Aunt Betty” by all, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.
Born April 17, 1935 in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Sheldon Morgan and Hannah Sammies Morgan. Hannah was a graduate of Plymouth High School and had a member of Franklin Street Primitive Methodist Church and Welsh Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Sheldon Morgan and Sheldon H. Morgan; sisters, Lucille J. Long; nephew, Donald (Rumpo) Long; great niece, Shelly Lafferty.
Surviving are generations of nieces and nephews, Bryan and Michele Seith, of Florida, Steph and Hannah Kerr and their children, Thaddeus, Remington, Cora, of Md, L. Karl Seith, of Va., Christian Seith, of Colorado, James and Imaui Wagner, of Texas, Matt and Monita Johnson, and their children, Mia, Makenzie and Mikayla, of Florida, Donna Dopko, of Pa., Cyrus and Nicole Matthews, and their children, Ella and Brenden, of New Jersey, Jamie Lyn Matthews (Brantley Comiskey), of Pa., Jim and Cassie (Massaker) Vomero and their children, Gwendolyn Lilly, of Pa., Dan and Lynne Lafferty and their son, D.J, of Pa.
Private services will be held at the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home Plymouth, 530 West Main St., with Rev. James Sinkiewicz officiating.
Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
In lieu of flowers, contributions, if desired, may be made to Alex‘s Lemonade Stand Foundation in memory of Hannah niece, Shelly Lafferty.
