Geraldine B. Novak, age 87, of Plymouth, passed into the Hands of the Lord on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Born July 6, 1937 in Wilkes Barre, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Estock and Blanche Grzymski Estock. Gerry was a graduate of GAR High School, Class of 1955. She had been a devoted member of All Saints Parish, Plymouth. She had also been a member of The Trinity House and was involved with Christian Services, where she enjoyed packing groceries for those in need.

In past years, she had been employed by the Bell Telephone Company and Wyoming Valley West School District.

Gerry was a loving mother and grandmother and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Thomas Novak, who passed away in 2009.

Surviving are her loving sons, John D. Novak, of Edwardsville, and Michael A. Novak, of Larksville; grandson, Michael Novak Jr. and his fiance, Jennifer Benesky; great granddaughter, Sylvie Ann Novak; sisters, Ruth Wilpiszewski, of Wilkes Barre, and Barbara Jasulevicz and her husband, Edward, of Bear Creek; brother, David Estock and his wife, Suzanne, of Wilkes Barre; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Twp. Arrangements are entrusted to the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth.
