David John Loskie, age 75, of Plymouth, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes Barre.

Born November 27, 1949 in Plymouth, he was the son of the late Stella Zola Loskie and John Daniel Loskie Sr. He was a graduate of Plymouth High School and attended college. David was a veteran of the United States Navy, stationed in Florida.

He was employed by ABC Trucking and Phillips Supply, Plymouth. While living in Texas, he was employed by Senior Living Apartments as a maintenance supervisor.

In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his loving family. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, celebrating over 30 years sobriety.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Daniel Loskie Jr.

Surviving are his loving wife, of 52 years, the former Betsy Thomas; children, Kimberly Madara (Ed), of Morrisville, NC, and Chris Loskie, of Plymouth; granddaughter, Brandy Loskie, of Forty Fort, sister, Ruth E. Loskie, of Durham, NC; brother, James Loskie (Vicki), of Sugarland, Texas; nephews, Connor Loskie, Zachary Loskie, and Neil Loskie; and grandpuppies, Brutus and Paisley.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements were entrusted to the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth.
